GTM engineering firm

Pipeline,
engineered.

We design, build and run the systems behind modern go-to-market: signal-based outbound, inbound routing and trusted CRM data. Everything is engineered to production standards, runs inside your stack and belongs to you.

The gap

Your market sends buying signals every day. Most revenue teams act on a fraction of them, days too late.

  1. 01

    Research done by hand

Sellers spend hours building lists and researching accounts, one browser tab at a time. None of that work compounds.

  2. 02

    Signals that never trigger anything

Job changes, funding rounds, hiring sprees and pricing-page visits all show intent, but no system turns them into action.

  3. 03

    A CRM nobody trusts

Duplicates, stale fields and missing routing rules. Leads go cold, and forecasts become guesswork.

Services

Three systems.
One revenue engine.

Start with the system that hurts most. Each one stands on its own, and they get stronger when they share the same data.

01 — Outbound

Signal-based outbound

Find accounts that are ready to buy, and reach them with a reason to reply.

  • TAM mapping and account tiering
  • Signal tracking: hiring, funding, job changes, tech stack
  • Waterfall enrichment and email verification
  • AI account research and personalisation at scale
  • Sending infrastructure and deliverability
  • Multichannel sequences across email and LinkedIn
02 — Inbound

Inbound routing

Make every hand-raiser actionable in minutes, not days.

  • Instant enrichment and qualification of new leads
  • Fit and intent scoring with territory-aware routing
  • Speed-to-lead alerts in Slack or Teams
  • Website visitor identification
  • Inbound-led outbound plays
  • Automated meeting-prep briefs for sellers
03 — RevOps

RevOps and data

Turn your CRM into a source of truth you can automate on.

  • CRM audit, deduplication and normalisation
  • Automated, always-fresh account enrichment
  • Lifecycle stages and lead scoring models
  • Closed-won lookalike modelling
  • Pipeline reporting leadership can trust
  • Workflow automation across your tools
Approach

How a signal
becomes pipeline.

Every system we ship follows the same architecture. Each stage has a written spec, an owner, and an alert for when something breaks.

01

Detect

Hiring, funding, job changes, stack shifts, website visits and product usage, tracked continuously across your market.

Runs onClay · scrapers · webhooks
02

Enrich

Waterfall enrichment across several providers, so every email and phone number is verified before anything is sent.

Runs onClay · data providers
03

Score

Fit, intent and timing, scored against your own closed-won deals rather than a generic ICP template.

Runs onCRM history · LLMs
04

Act

Each signal fires the play that fits: a personal email, a LinkedIn touch, an ad audience or an alert to the right owner.

Runs onSequencers · Slack · ads
05

Learn

Replies, meetings and revenue sync back to the CRM. Every two weeks, plays that aren't working get cut.

Runs onSalesforce · HubSpot · BI

Outcomes feed back into scoring, so the engine gets more accurate every cycle.

Blueprints

Reference architectures
we deploy.

Proven patterns, adapted to your market, data and stack. Most engagements start with one of these and grow from there.

BP-01Typical build · 2–3 weeks

Champion tracking

When a past buyer or power user changes jobs, they become your warmest possible lead. Most teams find out months later, if at all.

Trigger
A known champion starts at a new company
Logic
Detect the move, check fit, map the new buying committee
Output
Warm intro drafted, opportunity created, owner alerted
Stack
Clay · CRM · LinkedIn data · Slack
BP-02Typical build · 2–4 weeks

Inbound fast lane

Demo requests and high-intent visits are enriched, qualified and routed in seconds, with a research brief already waiting for the seller.

Trigger
Form fill, demo request or high-intent visit
Logic
Enrich, score, apply territory and segment rules
Output
Owner assigned, alert sent, meeting brief generated
Stack
Forms · Clay · CRM · Slack or Teams
BP-03Typical build · 3–5 weeks

TAM engine

Your whole addressable market in one living table, deduplicated, tiered by lookalike modelling and refreshed automatically.

Trigger
New ICP, new market or a scheduled refresh
Logic
Source, normalise and dedupe, then tier against closed-won
Output
Tiered account universe synced to the CRM
Stack
Clay · data providers · CRM · warehouse
BP-04Typical build · 3–6 weeks

CRM integrity loop

Continuous deduplication, normalisation and enrichment that keeps your system of record accurate, without a quarterly clean-up project.

Trigger
Record created or updated, or a nightly sweep
Logic
Match, merge, normalise, re-enrich and flag decay
Output
Clean records, data-quality report, exception queue
Stack
Salesforce or HubSpot · Clay · n8n

Build times are indicative and depend on data access and scope. We confirm them in writing after the audit.

Process

From audit to production
in weeks, not quarters.

A short audit, a written blueprint, then a build inside your own accounts. Nothing gets built until you've signed off on the spec.

Why Quailworks

We were an engineering firm before we were a GTM firm. It shows in what we ship.

Anyone can wire up a workflow that runs once. The hard part is a system that still works six months later, after your ICP shifts, a data provider changes its API and the person who built it has moved on. That's the part we're good at.

  1. 01

    Specs before automations

Every build starts with a written spec covering inputs, logic, outputs and owners. No mystery workflows.

  2. 02

    Production standards

Versioned, tested on real data and monitored, so you hear about a failure before your pipeline feels it.

  3. 03

    You own everything

Your accounts, domains, data, prompts and documentation. No black boxes and no lock-in.

  4. 04

Senior engineers on a small roster

We take on a few clients at a time. The engineer who scopes your system is the one who builds it.

Enterprise

Built for environments
where governance matters.

Large organisations need more than clever automations. We build the way your security, legal and RevOps teams expect.

Built in your environment

Systems live in your CRM, workspaces and cloud accounts, under your access controls and audit logs.

Least-privilege access

We request only the permissions a build needs, through your SSO or password manager, and give them back at handover.

Confidentiality by default

Mutual NDAs and data processing agreements as standard. Your data never trains shared models.

Compliance-aware outreach

Opt-outs, suppression lists and regional rules such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM are designed in from day one.

Documented and auditable

Specs, change logs and runbooks for every system, so your team can inspect, extend and operate it.

Monitored in production

Health checks and alerts on every critical step, so a broken integration gets fixed before it costs pipeline.

Engagements

Three ways
to work with us.

Most clients start with an audit. It's the fastest way to find out whether there's a system worth building, and what it's worth to you.

1–2 weeks · Fixed fee

GTM audit

A clear-eyed teardown of how pipeline is created today, and where it leaks.

  • ICP, data and tech-stack review
  • Funnel and CRM health assessment
  • Prioritised roadmap with expected impact
  • Yours to keep, whoever builds it
Start with an audit
Monthly · Retained

Embedded team

A dedicated GTM engineer who runs, improves and extends your systems.

  • New plays and experiments every cycle
  • Fortnightly performance reviews
  • Monitoring, maintenance and support
  • A shared channel with our engineers

What is GTM engineering?

It's engineering applied to go-to-market: the data pipelines, automations and AI agents that find, research, prioritise and reach the right accounts, and keep your CRM accurate. Your sellers spend their time selling instead of preparing to sell.

Do we need to use Clay?

No. Clay is often the right core for enrichment and orchestration, but we're tool-agnostic. We build on whatever fits, including n8n, custom code, your data warehouse and your CRM's native automation, starting with the tools you already license.

Do you run campaigns, or only build systems?

Both. Some clients want a system built and handed to their own team. Others retain us to operate and improve it every month. The audit is where we work out which model fits.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything lives in your accounts: CRM, workspaces, sending domains, data, prompts and documentation. If we stopped working together tomorrow, the system would keep running.

Can you work with our security and procurement teams?

Yes. We complete security questionnaires and vendor onboarding, sign NDAs and DPAs, and work inside your environment under your access controls. Tell us your requirements early and we'll build to them.

How is an engagement priced?

Audits are a fixed fee. Build sprints are fixed-scope and quoted after the audit, so you know the cost before work starts. Embedded engineering is a monthly retainer. You'll have a written proposal within a few days of our first call.

How quickly will something be live?

Build sprints usually run four to six weeks from blueprint sign-off, with the first plays in market inside that window. Data access and approvals are the usual pacing items, so we plan around them from day one.
