Privacy notice.

This notice explains how Quailworks ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through quailworks.co. We collect as little as we can, use it only to respond to you, and never sell it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, work email, company, role and anything you choose to include in your message.
• Basic, cookie-free analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies, fingerprinting or tracking you across sites.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if we work together, manage our business relationship. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, analytics and delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox) and Google Workspace (our email). They process data on our behalf and only to provide their services.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, unless it leads to an ongoing business relationship or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@quailworks.co. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Client data

Data we access while delivering client work is governed by the agreement with that client, including any data processing agreement, and is not covered by this notice.
